How can i get help?
FACT Bucks County does not give directly to those in need. FACT Emergency funds also known as contingency funds. Funds are distributed through local care management providers and agencies. In order to receive funds from FACT, you must contact a local care management provider. These funds are only available to residents of Bucks, Hunterdon and Mercer Counties, who have been affected and affected by HIV/AIDS.
FACT offers contingency funds that are used to provide services that are not normally covered by insurance or other support organization such as:
• Medical & Prescriptions
• Counseling Expenses
• House Expenses
• Utilities – Gas, Electric, Phone
• Personal Care Expenses
• Transportation Expenses
• Funeral Expenses
