Coming into summer and FACT Bucks County has been very busy indeed. Our BINGO events are now almost always SOLD OUT each quarter. We hate to turn people away, but we are limited to the number of seats we are allowed to have at the New Hope Eagle Fire House. The best bet is to reserve your seat(s) on line and you can do it as an individual or as a group. Just go to www.FACTBucksCounty.org and on the home page on the right there is a “button” that will take you to the on-line reservation form.
Our next two BINGO events are September 18 for “Back to School BINGO” and December 11 for our always popular “Jingle Bell BINGO”. We have prizes and a big 50/50 raffle; our last winner received $700; AND of course BINGO with 10 games of riotous fun with Miss Pumpkin calling numbers with her sidekick, Big Sue. Our 50/50 “girls” will amaze you and Pumpkin performs live (well, mostly live) at intermission.
Our 14th Annual New Hope~Lambertville AIDS WALK is just around the corner and takes place on Sunday, October 6. If you are business, and would like to sponsor the 2013 AIDS WALK, please contact FACT at 215.862.3325. We also have our on-line pledge donations and you can create your own page and invite friends and family to donate to our biggest fund raising event

The David Steinberg event on May 10 & 11 at the Bucks County Playhouse was SOLD OUT and we give a big FACT thank you to David Steinberg,his production staff and Laura Schrock for this event and donating a portion of the proceeds to FACT.
We have always enjoyed our relationship with New Hope Celebrates and participating in all of their events throughout the year. New Hope PRIDE is happening now through Sunday, May 19 (It’s a 10 Year Anniversary too!). FACT will, once again, be in the PRIDE Parade on Saturday, May 18 and we are proud to sponsor Pumpkin’s Pride Float this year (always a hit); a big FACT thank you to Wendy at River Signs (www.RiverSigns.net ). We also give a big FACT thank you to Bill Sheetz and John Ponulak for the great vintage convertibles that will be in the parade with FACT. We have our BINGO “girls” there too. The parade starts at noon. Be sure to get into New Hope early to find good parking and a good viewing spot on the parade route. We are also happy to announce that 4-th Annual New Hope Film Festival is taking place from July 12 through July 21 and the Life Time Achievement Award will be given to Christina Crawford and a portion of the event ticket proceeds will be given to FACT. I have to once again say that FACT is blessed with not only a very hard-working board of directors, but with great sponsors, volunteers and with devoted community participation. We are one of the few local organizations that give so much back directly to people in need in our area. We service Bucks, Hunterdon and Mercer Counties.
